All the cleaners on our database are important to us and we endeavour to give them all the support and training they need. We also aim to find the required number of work hours for each cleaner. Here at Flamingo Cleaners we are happy to help cleaners to arrange insurance and also to advise them with how to register as self-employed. All cleaners can contact us at any timefor any help or advice along the way. One of Flamingo Cleaners’ unique features is that all of our cleaners use a mobile app which ensures they have all the relevant information for each customer to hand.
All Flamingo Cleaners undergo the following process
All our cleaners are interviewed by ourselves to ensure they have the relevant experience and dedication to the job at hand. At this stage only applicants that meet our criteria will be invited to complete further training.
Flamingo Cleaners ensure that all applicants are trained to the Flamingo Standard. Training involves a variety of cleaning tasks to guarantee we only employ people that meet our high standards.
Every successful applicant will be required to provide references and identity documents. They will also need to demonstrate their right to work in the UK. We also require each cleaner to provide evidence of insurance and to be registered as self-employed with HMRC.
